In The Last Seconds, Marc Marquez Changed The Strategy - MotoGP Austin 2016

MASSAPEDIA NEWS - Repsol Honda rider, Marc Marquez, said that the decision of choosing the soft front tire berkompon be the key to his victory in the GP Austin, Texas, on Sunday (10/4) afternoon local time.

Though initially, Marquez will use the medium tires but changed his position ahead of the race start.

"When you warm up, I tried another tire choice (medium), the same as that used other riders, but I do not feel good," said Marquez was quoted as saying by Motorsport.

Spanish rider was later revealed that the tires survive in conditions of maximum of only up to 12 rounds, and thereafter completely worn out.

However, the grip of the soft tires Michelin is able to make Marquez who holds the pole position ahead of the other.

"I know this tire will reach its limits, but at the beginning of the race I tried to maximize its potential and get pretty much the difference."
