Marquez Still Makes Valentino Rossi As The Role Model

MASSAPEDIA NEWS - Repsol Honda rider, Marc Marquez, still regarded as a role model even though Valentino Rossi had a conflict with a world champion nine times the Grand Prix MotoGP in 2015.

Marquez had become a sensation in MotoGP after instantly become a world champion in his first two seasons. However, last season the 23-year rider encountered many problems and only ranked third at the end of the season.

"When you get a good number of years, your confidence increases and will try something you never consider everything. The victory is the only thing on your mind," said Marquez told Motorsport.com.

Marquez admitted it get a lot of valuable experience last season and not in his first two seasons. Rider nicknamed The Baby Alien was aware of his career in MotoGP will not fully run smoothly.

For that, Marquez claimed a lot to learn from a great athlete like Rossi in order to emerge from the downturn in 2015. MotoGP Rossi Marquez still make a model despite accusations issued disappointed with The Doctor last season.

"I always try to learn from other athletes, like Rossi in MotoGP or Lionel Messi in football. Their careers never up and down, but they remain the same person," said Marquez.

"It may be different for me, but I always believe there will be a tough season, so I'm ready for it," he continued.

Marquez underwent six failed to finish in MotoGP in 2015, and these conditions make the Spanish rider will rethink his strategy on the track. Marquez claims will not rush to take the risk.

"Last season I took more risks than it should be, because I think there's no reason I can not win. I can not throw away that thought, and it made me take the risk even further. The result did not go smoothly," said Marquez.
