Being Opposition Not Scary For Golkar

MASSAPEDIA NEWS - Having not managed to bring the pair Prabowo-Hatta to the bench along with the president of the Coalition of Red and White, Golkar still choose to be outside the government as the opposition. Member of Commission II of the House of Representatives of the Golkar Party faction Nurul Arifin said that his party is not afraid to be outside the government.

"So the opposition was not a scary thing. Although so far we have always been in the government, but that does not mean we can not be opposition, "said Nurul met at the House of Representatives (DPR), on Monday (25/8).

Nurul admit, there are some parties who want to divide the Coalition Red and White after the announcement of the lawsuit disputed Presidential elections in the Constitutional Court (MK), last week. "But to this day we still meet, and Golkar coalition is still solid in Red and White," he said firmly.

As to the establishment of the Special Committee of the House with regard to the decision of the Constitutional Court rejected a lawsuit Prabowo-Hatta, Nurul said that until now there has been no orders from the Golkar officials to shape it.

"For now, it seems not to be overtaken if it should form a special committee of the Presidential Election. We will recommend to Parliament next period, because the goal for the holding of elections can be better in the future, "said Nurul.

Currently, Golkar split. There is a view that the split divides the two parties was based on the banyan support options. There is a faction in favor of the Golkar Party Chairman Bakrie and there is also support elected vice president, Jusuf Kalla.

Problem coalition, opposition parties and the fate of the banyan forward is actually very dependent on national consensus that has now become a source of discord. Kubu Jusuf Kalla wants the General Assembly held in October this year, while the camp-familiar call Ical Bakrie Bakrie- believes should be held in 2015.

"I think this is a decisive munaslub sound area, because they have 34 votes while the DPP only one," said Chairman of the Executive Board of Golkar Party Priyo Budi Santoso, told CNN Indonesia, in the House of Representatives.
