The Constitutional Court Read Out the Verdict of Day Later

MASSAPEDIA NEWS - The Constitutional Court will read out the verdict of the disputed results of the Presidential Elections (Election) in 2014 at the end of the session held today, Thursday (21/8).

"The reading of the verdict at two o'clock. No delays," said Secretary General of the Constitutional Court, Janedjri M Gaffar in the Court Building, Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, on Wednesday, yesterday.

Furthermore, Janedjri said that the verdict of the Constitutional Court are final and binding. "There is no remedy whatever can be done against the decision of the Constitutional Court and binding since the verdict was read," said Janendri.

The trial was held in the plenary hall will be led by the chief judge Hamdan Zoelva. While other judges are Arief Hidayat, Patrialis Akbar, Ahmad Fadlil Sumadi, Muhammad Alim, Anwar Usman, Wahiduddin Adams, Aswanto, and Maria Farida Indriati.

The hearing will be attended by the parties to the dispute, the applicant (Prabowo-Hatta), defendant (KPU), Related (Jokowi-JK) and the Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu).
