A Thousand Witnesses Can, There Origin Time

The Constitutional Court (MK) in the trial lawsuit Dispute Election Results (PHPU) which both will hear the response from the defendant of the General Elections Commission (KPU) and the evidence of witnesses of the parties concerned.

Chief Justice said Hamdan Zoelva evidentiary hearing scheduled for the 15th, 18 to 20 August. "We ask the judge used the time to study and analyze the fact that there are so 21 we read the verdict," said Hamdan at the Court Building, Wednesday (6/8).

As the defendant of the Commission will prepare a witness in accordance with the amount allocated by the Court. "Where there are restrictions on the filing, initially 25, then 25 again, if there's time, plus," said the chairman of the Commission, Husni Kamil Manik after the hearing.

Husni said the Commission would follow the rules of the Constitutional Court. On who the witnesses, the Commission is not sure of having to ascertain how locus.

KPU, corresponding said his attorney Adnan Buyung Nasution in the trial, will reveal the truth of the procedural and substantial in the trial process.

Prabowo team-Hatta filed a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court on Friday (25/7) through a letter of objection. They sued the result of the determination of the president and vice president in the 2014 presidential election as stipulated in the Letter of the General Election Commission (KPU) No. 535 / Kpts / Kpu / 2014 and No. 536 / Kpts / Kpu / 2014.

In the letter the Commission set a pair of presidential candidates Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla as couples chosen by a vote of 70,633,576 votes (53.15 percent) beat Prabowo-Hatta with 62,262,844 votes (46.85 percent).

Instead, the team Prabowo-Hatta claimed victory on its side with the total votes 67,139,153 million votes (50.25 percent). While rival, Jokowi-JK acquire 66,435,124 million votes (49.74 percent).
